Rapid Flashes and then pause (Only for EPU's and EPCG's) - The number of rapid flashes is a fault code. Count the number of rapid flashes and check the manual fault finding section or see below. It will tell you the issue the heater is facing.  Contact technical support for further troubleshooting.
